About Us
Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodle
As one of the most revered and well-known dishes in Yunnan, China, the history of this style of noodle dates back over 100 years. The dish is served with a large bowl of boiling broth made by simmering quality chicken bones for up to 10 hours, separate from the ingredients which are added at the diner’s table, creating an extremely fresh aroma and extraordinary taste.
Yunnan Steam Pot Chicken
Qiguoji, a chicken soup in which the chicken is steamed in a special clay pot with a steam nozzle in the middle. Chicken, herbs, and other ingredients are put into the pot to steam over heat. The broth is naturally created by steam, without the need to add extra water during cooking, so that the taste of the chicken itself can be preserved.
